It's their first-ever pair to feature 3D printed sculpted faceplates. These are then finished by a Hand painting artist for a rich and premium finish. The design of the URD depicts the "Well of URD", a Norse Myth.

Five-Driver Tribrid Configuration:

Kinera URD is the brand's first IEM launch in 2022. It features dual Sonion EST drivers, coaxial double dynamic drivers, and a single high-performance balanced armature driver. These drivers are arranged and adjusted in a three-way frequency crossover for a natural and low-distortion output signal.

High-Quality Cable For Best Performance:

In order to bring the best out of the Kinera Imperial URD, Kinera has featured a high-purity cable as stock with the pair. The cable has a hybrid build with 6N OCC cores, Silver-plated OCC cores, and gold-plated OCC cores. With all these high-purity wire cores, the signal transmission is completely transparent with this cable. It has 2-pin 0.78mm connectors and an interchangeable termination plug system. The package for Kinera URD includes 3.5mm single-ended, 2.5m balanced, and 4.4mm balanced termination plugs.

Kinera URD, The Goddess of Past:

URD, like every other IEM by Kinera, has its spiritual connection with the Norse Myths. Professional acoustic engineers and chief artists have done a study on URD(The eldest sister among the Norn, the goddesses of fate). URD is the in-charge of the past for the gods. She has her own Well right under the World tree, called the Well of URD. The design and tuning for Kinera URD depict the URD from Norse Mythology.
